So the doll is exactly the same as shown in the picture, and even looks better imo. Body shape is awesome. I can't really tell if there is a reason to not give 5 stars. Cons: the skeleton is a bit firm and heavy, therefore it is difficult to get in different positions. The material feels nice especially after you apply some baby powder, but the smell is a bit strong and it might take some time to get it away.
