So I recently purchased my first doll a few weeks back. The overall experience was very good. Joy was great to work with and,very patient and understanding, keeping me updated throughout the purchase. It took less than 2 weeks to get my doll, so turn around time was great. The doll itself was slightly damaged when it arrived, which Joy quickly addressed (the shipping company they use apparently used too small a box which cause the ball joints in her ankles to rip the silicone). Joy sent me a video on how to repair and will be sending the necessary materials and 2 complimentary wigs as consolation. Great experience in general.
