I've actually brought 3 of these sexdoll heads. I saw these 3 beautiful models on Instagram that just happens to have the same shape & soon complexion as the sexdolls I have. I figured that instead of waiting months to get more sexdolls,I can just get the sexdoll heads & swipe them out with the sexdolls I currently have.That's when I send them an email with multiple face pics of the 3 women I wanted so they can find some faces that's similar to the women in the pics,I wasn't looking for perfection but I at wanted it to at least strike a close match,& these people came through for me by selection the best sexdoll heads for me. They're good at looking at certain facial features from the pics by providing the best match with they're sexdoll heads. Let them know specifically what you're looking for & they will deliver. What is the difference between the removable vagina and the built-in/fixed vagina?

Will the doll skin stain?
The doll’s skin although durable and resistant to rips, tears, and stain is not indestructible. You should be careful to keep your doll away from dark fabrics and tight clothing. If you like dark clothing you should be sure to wash it before putting it on your doll, and be sure to not store her with the clothing on. The best clothing for dolls is light colored, loose fitting fabrics.

How long does shipping take?
Once shipped your doll will arrive within 3-7 days depending on how long it takes to pass through customs.

How long will it take to receive my sex doll?
Once your order is placed we require 2-3 weeks for production and shipping. You should expect to receive your doll within 3 weeks of placing your order. Sometimes, do to the amount of orders received, or if a doll does not pass our quality assurance tests, we will need more than 3 weeks. In the case of any delay we will include free items in your order such as extra whigs, clothes, or even an addition head.

Can I pick up my sex doll instead of having it delivered to my door?
Yes, if you prefer to pick up your sex doll instead of having it delivered to your residence you can arrange to pick it up at your local FedEx or UPS instead.

Will I have to pay any import duties or customs taxes on my sex doll?
Although unlikely, some shipments will require the customer to pay an import tax to their country's customs office in order to have their package delivered. ⋅Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 weeks for assembly depending on the doll and an additional 3-7 days for shipping time. All our dolls are hand made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping. Factory photos will be provided before shipping for confirmation.

Returns

If you return a used sex doll for whatever reasons, we will immediately destroy the item and you are not eligible to receive an exchange.
