Alittle overdue but here's the review of my 168 cm Naomi doll and Beautiful Dolls:
Customer Service:
After purchasing, a representative provided updates on my doll and answered any questions I had. My shipment was delayed due to Chinese holidays, however the representative was very helpful by sending me images of my doll to ensure me that things are underway despite the delay.
Product:
Package was delivered via UPS. All requested features were correct, and overall the doll is exactly what I had expected. My only complaint would be the skin color of the doll. The requested tanned skin-tone is more akin to a dark-pink. Otherwise the doll has been a wonderful companion since I received her.
Beautiful Dolls did a great job addressing the biggest challenge of buying a love doll - uncertainty and hesitation - through great customer service. I definitely recommend this vendor to prospective buyers.
